The Networking Committee is all about building meaningful connections while having a great time doing it! This energetic group helps plan and promote NWIIWA’s signature Network & Chill events—casual, engaging gatherings that bring together women from across the region to strengthen relationships, spark new connections, and grow professional networks.
What We Do
Coordinate NWIIWA’s Four Annual Network & Chill Event
- Collaborate with the Network and Chill hosts on themes & venue
- Greet attendees, make introductions, and keep the vibe welcoming and fun.
- Bring fresh ideas to keep each event exciting and valuable.
Coordinate Other Networking Opportunities
- Speed Networking: Help coordinate this fast-paced, high-energy connection event.
- Day of Giving: Lend support to this meaningful volunteer-based networking opportunity where women give back together while building relationships. Coming in 2026.
Grow Member Engagement
- Reach out to members to encourage participation in networking events.
- Create a welcoming space for members to network with confidence.
- Support outreach, cultivation, and stewardship of sponsor relationships
Committee Commitment
- 4 to 6 meetings per year virtually
- Attend/Assist at Networking events (when available)
- Offer ideas, input, and promotion support
